The Ministry of Transportation has retained D.M. Wills Associates Limited (Wills) to complete the Detail Design for intersection improvements on Highway 7 at Belmont 6th  Line and on Highway 7 at Belmont 2nd  Line and Sama Park Road in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, County of Peterborough.

The studies will follow the Environmental Assessment process for a Group “B” undertaking according to the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities (MTO Class EA), with the opportunity for public engagement and input throughout.

The Environmental Assessment process documentation that will be prepared to document these projects is a Design and Construction Report (DCR).
